Open Water Swimming Coaches Education Program:

The Open Water Swimming Coaches Education Program (CEP) is a comprehensive ten-step program for pool swimming coaches, triathlete coaches, masters swimming coaches, fitness coaches and endurance sports coaches and multi-sport coaches who are interested in learning the details of open water swimming and learning the best practices of the sport.

The education program will educate interested individuals on everything from proper swimming techniques to race tactics. Individuals who pass the program will be able to safely coach young children in short introductory open water swims as well as escort marathon swimmers in the English Channel.

Open Water Swimming Race Director Education Program:

The Open Water Swimming Race Director Education Program (RDEP) is a comprehensive eight-hour for individuals who would like to become a Race Director or become a better one. The Education Program provides information, templates, tools, background information and the best practices that every Race Director should know.

The education program will provide information to all interested individuals on everything from registration efficiencies to race officiating practices. Individuals who take the program will be able to safely, efficiently, profitably and enjoyably manage or market an open water swim, race or charity event.

Open Water Swimming Race Officials Education Program:

This Open Water Swimming Race Officials Education Program combines online education and practical applications for individuals who would like to become a Race Official or become a better one. The education program provides information, tools, background information and examples that every Race Official should know in order to properly and fairly adjudicate and administer amateur, professional, charity and mass participation races.

The education program will provide information to all interested individuals on everything from official’s equipment (red cards, yellow cards, whistles, whiteboards, official templates and forms) to practical race officiating practices. Individuals who take the program will be able to safely, efficiently and objectively officiate and administer a race.
