The 144-member group will swim from the Empty Sky Memorial in Liberty State Park in New Jersey in their fins and get into the water to swim to a barge drilled right under the Statue of Liberty where they will do 100 push-ups and 22 pull-ups to honor freedom and civil liberties.

They will then jump off the barge and swim to Ellis Island where we do 100 push-ups and 22 pull-ups to honor diversity and all the men and woman who came to our nation for a better life.

They will then jump off the barge and swim across the Hudson River to South Cove Marina in Lower Manhattan Island. They will then grab American flags and run into the World Trade Center where while the FDNY Emerald Society plays bagpipes. They will then weave the flags into the fence behind the Soldiers Statue at World Trade Center and do 100 push-ups and 22 pull-ups to honor the fallen soldiers and all those who put it in the line for the United States.
