The 8th Annual Blue Mind Online Book Club continues the 490 straight nights where Dr. Wallace J Nichols reads a few pages of Blue Mind: The Surprising Science That Shows How Being Near, In, On, or Under Water Can Make You Happier, Healthier, More Connected, and Better at What You Do, one chapter per week.
He explains, “We’ve live-streamed from all over the world to thousands of readers around the globe, and even did the book club from a Ferris wheel one night. It’s been a very informative and always enjoyable experience on many levels. It’s also exhausting, inconvenient, and a major labor of love.”
The 8th annual program continues from January 24th through April 3rd at 5:30 pm Pacific Time. Readers can login and watch at Dr. Nichols’ Facebook page [see here]. “Some people use the book club to learn about the latest new research, train their team in Blue Mind practices, and/or fall asleep.”
