A Warm Warm-up For The Molokai Channel

“Muy buena prueba de preparación, a un mes del cruce del Canal de Molokai. Entrenamiento en mar, con oleaje y calor,” said the International Marathon Swimming Hall of Famer (…it was a very good preparation, a month before my [scheduled attempt] across the Molokai Channel, training in the sea with waves and heat…which will be her fourth Oceans Seven channel).
