Televisa is a Mexican multimedia mass media company, the largest in Latin America and a powerhouse in the global Spanish-speaking world.

The major international entertainment business recently broadcast a special program on Antonio Argüelles Díaz-González here [and above] describing his quest of the Oceans Seven and his nomination as the 2015 World Open Water Swimming Man of the Year.

It has been quite a year for the Mexican entrepreneur and educator who is well on his way to accomplishing the Oceans Seven – at the age of 56. With 2 English Channel swims and 2 Catalina Channel swims already under his cap, he knocked off the Strait of Gibraltar in 4 hours 23 minutes and the Tsugaru Channel in 12 hours 38 minutes [shown below] this summer with plans set for the Molokai Channel, Cook Strait and North Channel.
