
Bear Is No Traditionalist

Traditional open water swimmers frown upon the use of wetsuits. It is one’s willingness and ability to acclimate to the cold which has always draw the respect of channel swimmers, marathon swimmers and traditionalists in the open water.
But television personality Bear Grylls does what it takes to survive. Well-known on Born Survivor: Bear Grylls (or Man vs Wild) and Worst Case Scenario, Bear has a dramatic storytelling presence that demonstrates how people can survive in the wilderness.
