Body Balance By Bayliss

He discussed how he keeps his weight on and how he keeps it off for his upcoming Enduroman Arch to Arc, a unique triathlon from London to Paris where he will attempt to become the first Enduroman to complete the swim leg across the English Channel without a wetsuit.
A proven tough competitor who has represented England, he developed his athletic prowess via pool swimming, cycling, running, triathlons, duathlons, water polo and a solo English Channel swim in 2007 in 11 hours 32 minutes.
He crossed the English Channel solo and as part of a 4-person relay team, the Croydon Amphibians Masters, the 26.4 km International Self-Transcendence Marathon Schwimmen 3 times, done 2 Ironman triathlons, 13 marathons and 8 ultra-marathons, including the Marathon des Sables.
But his next triathlon challenge that balance the needs of an English Channel swim with an ultra-marathon run and a long-distance bike ride may be his most arduous yet.
