Brad McVetta led 18 swimmers from 10 states at the 2013 Cold Water Classic in Connecticut.

Race founder and director Andy Davis said, “The water was 47ºF (8.3ºC), but 18 swimmers got in and out safely. The weather was warm without a breeze in the low 60ºF’s at finish. All had fun and all shivered.”
