Bruce Gordon Sets Lake Couer d’Alene Marathon Record
Bruce Gordon completed the first cross-lake swim of Lake Coeur d’Alene in Utah. “It was right around 19 miles. 21Ten.com Lifeshotz sponsored my swim,” explained Bruce about the unprecedented swim. With hundreds of thousands of lakes around the world, it is inevitable that more and more unprecedented swims and world records will be set. Southern California native, born 1962, is the creator of the WOWSA Awards, Oceans Seven, Openwaterpedia, Citrus Corps, World Open Water Swimming Association, Daily News of Open Water Swimming, Global Open Water Swimming Conference.
