Social Media Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a motivated individual who is passionate about social media to join our team to implement our social media strategy. You will be working with experienced professionals and gain SM experience and training.
Our ideal candidate is a social media enthusiast with experience in using social media platforms.

Duties and Responsibilities

Daily scheduling of our Instagram, Twitter and Facebook posts.
Execute ongoing and approved social media campaigns. (You will be given training and detailed instruction)
Monitoring trending hashtags in our niche. Use of proper hashtags and tagging our posts.
Follow up on post likes and comments to collect list of open water swimmers and coaches.
Identify influencers in our niche #openwaterswimming
Respond to comments with emojis and/or craft sincere engaging responses to comments and photos in our followers feed.

Skills and qualifications

Excellent time management skills.
Knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
Experience as a social media assistant or managing your own personal Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter account. Please provide examples
Some familiarity with FB business to schedule posts on Instagram and Facebook.
Can-do attitude and the ability to adapt in fast paced situations

Online Sports Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in online sports marketing and development. You will be trained in the implementation of campaigns to build online awareness of professional sports clubs, athletes and coaches in the open water swimming niche.

Duties and Responsibilities

Collaborate with marketing and dev team to plan and develop site content.
Create and publish open water swimmers and coaches directory listings with personal contact and follow-up with event organizers, coaches and athletes.
Outreach to event organizers, coaches and swimmers.
Some basic WordPress data entry and email composition for marketing outreach
