CG Sports Company Shapes, Builds Swimmer Brands
Sarah Thomas is an icon, a heroine to many people around the world.
Thomas, along with open water swimmers Elizabeth Beisel, Jordan Wilimovsky, and Sandra Frimerman-Bergquist, and competitive pool swimmers Beata Nelson, Coleman Stewart, Colleen Young, Ella Eastin, Erika Jade Brown, Jacob Prebley, Kara Lynn Joyce, Keirin Smith, Michael Chadwick, Madeline Banic, and Paige Madden are represented by the CG Sports Company.
CEO and founder Cejih Yung whose first name is pronounced CG, is a unique Chinese name. ‘Ce’ means ‘polite, thoughtful’ and ‘jih’ means ‘intelligent, smart’. He founded The CG Sports Company in 2016 which has since grown into one of the premiere sports marketing firms in the industry, with a huge team of swimmers. Yung himself was a competitive swimmer in the greater Seattle area in his youth and his passion has extended to his professional ambitions where he helps athletes build their brand – see Thomas’ logo below as one example.
Young writes a weekly blog called Cejih Explains about all things athlete branding, sponsorship, and sports marketing.
