Chloë McCardel’s Most Popular Webinar
On January 10th, Rob Kent, the President and founder of Global Swim Series hosted one of the greatest marathon swimmers of all time and a nominee for the 2020 World Open Water Swimming Woman of the Year: Chloë McCardel. 598 people signed up for her marathon swimming webinar.
Kent reported, “We know that life can get in the way or you were in a not too favorable time zone, so we recorded her webinar for swimmers. You are free to watch on your own time and your own pace.”
Chloe’s past swims include 37 solo crossings of the English Channel, including 8 crossings in one season and 3 crossings in one week, 3 double-crossings in 2010, 2012 and 2017 and, in 2015, the fourth person to do a non-stop triple-crossing. She also won the 45.9 km Manhattan Island Marathon Swim in 2010. As of 2015, she holds the world record for the longest unassisted open water swim, 128 km from South Eleuthera Island to Nassau, Bahamas.”
Chloë has also coached over 150 people to successfully swim the English Channel over the last 7 years.
