Dan Daly is committed to helping swimmers — swim faster, become more proficient in their technique, as well as go deeper into the inherent athleticism, that swimming, as a sport for life, offers to any results driven fitness program.
Whether it be a state of the art program designed for world class competitive swimmers aiming for an aggressive training regimen, or a more integrated, step by step progression, to help new or intermediate swimmers efficiently incorporate the sport into their daily routine, to better achieve overall fitness goals, Dan’s passion for teaching clients to “swim better” is his trademark.
From high school All-American to Division I scholarship athlete, all conference, school record holder, Division II All-American and national finalist, Dan realized early in his career that swimming would be his passion – in fact it was in the pool where he met his wife Eszter, also a scholarship swimmer, All-American, and national finalist, at West Chester University, where he was captain for the Men’s Varsity Swim Team, and obtained his degree in Kinesiology and Nutrition.
Now a competitive open water and masters swimmer, he s a highly sought after performance coach, presenter, mentor, and content expert for several publications, with over 15 years in the industry.
