Description

I have been coaching since 1990, holding qualifications with the ASA, BTF, ASCA and the World Open Water Swim Association. I have helped thousands get fit and faster, from their first novice triathlon to swimming The Channel. The SFT sessions are engaging and are a perfect mixture of skill, infectious motivation and tailored to Openwater racing whether it is your first time in OW, a Channel Crossing or Ironman. Personally one of my favourite swims was my successful relay team that swam all 70km of Lake Geneva.”
