Darla Kelly is an American swimming coach from the Sam Rayburn High School and Pasadena Memorial High School. Her Sam Rayburn High School boys and her Pasadena Memorial High School girls won the 2019 High School Open Water Championship division at the 17th Annual Winning Isn’t Normal Cap 2k Open Water Swim in the 16°C water of Lady Bird Lake in Austin, Texas on 28 April 2019.
