Dirk Ebel is a Dallas native and has been coaching Masters swimming since 1997. He coached the Town North YMCA Masters for several years before going to the Cooper Fitness Center in 2005 to coach the SWAM Masters team until 2012. He has coached for the St. Mark’s School Varsity team since 2009 and is also currently the Aquatics Director at T Bar M Raquet Club. He is an active triathlete and distance swimmer. He placed 6th in the 1000 freestyle event in the 2007 Masters Nationals, first place in the 2008 Capitol of Texas Open Water Swim, and first place in the 2011 Cooper Fitness Center Triathlon. He started coaching for DAM in 2013.
