Erik Posegay is an American swimming coach and the head coach of the North Baltimore Aquatic Club where he replaced Bob Bowman. He also received the 2015 Glen S. Hummer Award for his work at the 2015 FINA World Swimming Championships together with Dave Kelsheimer , Catherine Vogt , Dr. Josh White , Laurel Liberty , and Bryce Elser .
