Frances Lynch is an Irish open water swimmer who competed at the inaugural World Ice Swimming Championships in Murmansk , Russia on 20 March 2015. She has served as the second for Nuala Moore in her ice swimming events and helped escort Ryan Stramrood across the North Channel in July 2017.
