Hazel E. Haynes is a swimming coach from Trinidad &Tobago and an ASCA Level 5 age group swimming coach with the Tidal Wave Aquatics of Trinidad & Tobago. She has served as the Head Coach and the Technical Director of the Amateur Swimming Association of Trinidad and Tobago team at the CARIFTA Swimming Championships.
