Hidemasa Sano ( ?? ?? born 28 May 1984 in Toyama, Japan) is a Japanese medley swimmer who is part of the Japanese Olympic team delegation at the 2016 Rio Olympic Games. He placed 5th and 7th in the 200m [[IM) and 400m IM respectively at the 2006 Pan Pacific Swimming Championships and 9th and 15th in the 200m IM and 400m IM at the 2007 FINA World Swimming Championships .
