John Kenny is a former American professional marathon swimmer and professional triathlete . He was a multi-time member of the USA Swimming national open water swimming team who competed in several FINA World Swimming Championships in Japan, Canada, Spain and Italy. The Cornell graduate and licensed engineer currently runs a number of camps, clinics and open water swimming competitions for triathletes and adult swimmers as well as the 6-part French Creek Racing Upper Merion Open Water Swim Series on the Schuylkill River in Bridgeport, Pennsylvania.
