Description

I have been a triathlete for over 10 years and I have had the opportunity to represent Mexico in 4 world championships, placing myself among the top 10 in 2016 and 2021. As a result, the passion for understanding what happens to the human body when training has become a lifelong passion. That’s why I decided to get certified as a coach by the Mexican Triathlon Federation and the World Triathlon Federation. Later, I discovered the world of Open Water when René Martínez invited me to cross the Catalina Channel as a relay. Since then, the world of open water swimming has become another passion, which is why I also became a  WOWSA Certified Coach.

I am currently focused on finishing my Masters in Sports Management at the University of Michigan while also running a triathlon, running, cycling and open water team that I manage virtually. My training methodology is 100% personalized and based on the abilities of each person. My goal is to ignite the power of everyone and show each of my athletes that they can go as far as they put their minds to it.
