Mike Troy (3 October 1940 – 3 August 2019) was an American competitive swimmer from California who was a two-time 1960 Olympic swimming champion in the 200m butterfly and 4×200 freestyle relay together with George Harrison, Dick Blick, and Jeff Farrell . He set world records in three events and was a decorated Navy SEAL and naval officer who was awarded the Silver Star for combat service in the Vietnam War.
