Paul Lemmon (born 1967) is a former professional ironman athlete from Australia who competed in both the Uncle Toby’s and Nutri Grain Series. He is the Surf Coach for OceanFit as well as an experienced open water swimmer, winner of multiple World, Australian and New South Wales State Masters ironman championships and has twice won the Coolangatta Gold in his age group category.
