I have always been involved in endurance sports being competitive in long-distance running and swimming in my school years, progressing to distance events in my twenties. After losing my way in my 30’s to corporate life I returned to the sport of triathlon in my late thirties focusing on the long events of 70.3 and Ironman.
I have been participating in Marathon Swimming, Ironman, Ultras and Epic cycles for the last 22 years, coaching for the last 10. Along the way, I have accumulated key qualifications including national accreditation, WOWSA Level 3, TrainingPeaks Level 2, Sports Nutrition Certification and Primal health certification.
