Peter Daland (born 12 April 1921 in New York City – died on 20 October 2014 in Thousand Oaks, California) was an American pool swimming coach and magazine publisher of Junior Swimmer and Swimming World Magazine from New York. His coaching career spanned over 40 years. Daland attended Harvard University before enlisting in the United States Army for World War II.
