Randy Soler is a Puerto Rican triathlete , masters swimmer , and coach living in Lafayette, Colorado. He is a coach of triathlon and running including Ironman triathlon , Olympic/Sprint Triathlon, first-time triathletes and marathon runners. An accomplished triathlete for more than 15 years and a masters swimmer for over four years, Randy Soler grew up in the waters of his native country, Puerto Rico, and recently moved to Colorado. Randy holds an associate degree in Adapted Physical Education from the University of Puerto Rico, Carolina Campus, and is a certified personal trainer and functional training specialist. As a part of performance training, he helps clients move efficiently and improve strength, balance and flexibility to prevent injury. He is also a certified instructor in Spinning, Xbike, Muscular Mass Nutrition (NSCA) and Alternative Training (TFF). He speaks Spanish and English.
