Samantha Naudin was an Australian triathlete, mother of 2, coach, personal trainer, special education teacher, advocate for breast cancer research, and mentor to many. She first was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2007 and finally succumbed to the disease in 2012. She is the inspiration for the BREAST IN THE WEST – Solo Rotto to Cott Midnight Swim for Breast Cancer , a night 20km swim in Western Australia across the Rottnest Channel , and a Breastfast for Champions organized by Aaron Richardson .
