Average Reviews

SwimMastery Fundamentals and Advanced certified coach empowering individuals to swim with ease and keep their shoulders safe whether swimming their first 25 meters or their next 25 miles. Open water fear facing marathon swimmer, wife, mom of two boys (6 and 8 years old), and apparently, podcaster of Marathon Swim Stories: exploring the human side of the super human feats of endurance swimmers (153 episodes and counting), and At the Interface: an exploration of what happens in our brains and our bodies when we operate at the interface of air and water. Grateful for the opportunity to give back to the sport that has given me so much.
