Susan Rene Bartholomew-Williams (born 17 June 1969 in Long Beach, California) is an American triathlete who competed in om the United States. She competed at the second Olympic triathlon at the 2004 Athens Olympic Games. She was the first American to win an Olympic medal in triathlon with a bronze-medal performance in a time of 2:05:08. Her split times were 19:02 for the 1.5 km swim, 1:08:58 for the 40 km bike, and 37:08 for the 10 km run.
