Tomasz P?chalski is the organizer and BCT Gdynia Marathon ‘s Sports Manager of the amateur and professional BCT Gdynia Marathon in Poland. He is also the race director for the first Polish Open Water Swimming National Championship held in a small lake in Kryspinów, Poland in August 2013. P?chalski is the BCT head coach and manager who also conducts POW ( Pool Open Water ) events and teaches pool and open water swimming in his native Poland. He also gave a lecture on open water swimming at the 2013 Polish National Swimming Conference and is one of the race directors of the 2014-2015 World Open Water Swimming Series .
