Competition Among Genders And Generations
Courtesy of WOWSA, Huntington Beach, California. Open water swimming events are often the epitome of friendly and respective intergenerational and gender competition among men and women of all ages and abilities.
It is great to see a young teenage girl swim her heart out to beat an older man. Or an older man try to keep up with a younger foe. Or an elderly women staying up with men and women the same age as her children.
All in good fun and healthful living.
