Alice Dearing (born 23 April 1997) is a swimmer who competes internationally for Great Britain. Her last victories are the women’s 10 km open water 18-19 during the World Junior Open Water Championships 2016 and the women’s 5 km open water (15-16) during the European Junior Open Water Championships 2013. She competes in 10 km open water, 1500 m freestyle, 5 km open water, 7.5 km open water, 800 m freestyle, 3 km open water junior team, 5 km mixed open water team and mixed relay u19.
In 2018, she was selected to participate in the British Swimming World Class Performance Programme.
In 2019, she finished 17th in the 10 km marathon swim at the FINA World Aquatics Championships in 1:55:05.90.
In February 2020 in Doha, she finished 10th at the FINA Marathon Swim World Series 10 km race in 1:56.47.5.
She competed in the FINA Olympic Marathon Swim Qualifier for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics in Setúbal Bay, Portugal on 19 June 2021 and qualified for the 2020 Olympic 10K Marathon Swim in Tokyo on 4 August 2021.
