Bogusław Ogrodnik became an Iron Iceman with a 35 minute 49 second Ice Mile and a full Ironman Triathlon in 15 hours 42 minutes. This compliments his Triple Crown of Open Water Swimming, Frosted Triple Crown of Open Water Swimming, four Oceans Seven channels, and his mountaineering achievements of the Seven Summits and the Peak and Pond with a 20 hour 33 minute English Channel crossing while coaching and guiding other extreme sports athletes to reach their own goals.
