Kai Graeme Edwards (born 13 September 1998) is a swimmer who competes internationally for Australia. His last result is the 5th place for the men’s 10 km open water during the Olympic Games – Qualification Tournament Marathon Swim 2021. He competes in 10 km open water.

He finished 2nd in the 2019 Australian 10 km Open Water Championship at Brighton Beach on 26 January 2019.

He competed on the 2019 FINA / CNSG Marathon Swim World Series in Seychelles on 12 May 2019.

He was a member of the winning 5 km relay team TSS at the 2020 Australian Open Water Swimming Championships in Brighton Beach on 26 January 2020.
