Špela Perše (born 4 August 1996) is a 2-time Olympian from Slovenia and a pool and open water swimmer

On 7 August 2018, she finished 15th in the 5 km LEN European Championships in Glasgow, Scotland.

She finished 16th in the 2016 Olympic 10K Marathon Swim on Copacabana Beach in Rio de Janeiro

She competed in the FINA Olympic Marathon Swim Qualifier for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics in Setúbal Bay, Portugal on 19 June 2021 and qualified for the Olympic 10K Marathon Swim at the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games on 4 August 2021.
