Stéphane Lecat uses his experiences as a former professional marathon swimmer and a fast English Channel swimmer to serve as the French National Team Open Water Program Director (Directeur du Développement et des Équipes de France Eau Libre) and France’s National Olympic Team Swimming Director, responsible for the administration, development and organization of several dozens of races every year in France.

For serving as a motivator, educator, visionary, coach and administrator on various levels, including for the most elite athletes at the Olympic level, and for developing numerous programs that enable success on the local, national, and international level.
