Michelle Lucking, an accomplished British artist and winter swimmer, asked a question on the Open Water Swimming Facebook page. “Cold water swimming is meant to boost your immune system. I’m curious how many of us have suffered COVID-19 and, if so, how severely…and do you think cold water swimming helped or hindered?“
