After the euphoria of winning the bronze medal at the 2013 FINA World Championships with teammates Allan do Carmo and Poliana Okimoto, Samuel Menegon De Bona of Brazil was on a high. His smile was brighter than normal, his training was better.

With the next Summer Olympics in his native country, the personable Brazilian has his sights on an Olympic medal in the 10K marathon swim in Copacabana Beach. Those thoughts and goals are helping make things happen.

This morning in Hong Kong, De Bona won the final race on the 2013 FINA 10K Marathon Swimming World Cup circuit this morning in Hong Kong.
