At the 2017 FINA World Championships in Lake Balaton, Hungary, Team France with Axel Reymond, Marc-Antoine Olivier, Aurélie Muller, David Aubry, and Oceane Cassigno won medals in the men’s and women’s 5 km, men’s and women’s 10 km, 5 km team relay, and men’s 25 km races.
Expectations will remain high to continue French dominance in Naju Lake, site of the 5 km, 10 km and 25 km races in Gwangju, South Korea at the next (2019) FINA World Championships.
