Shannon House Keegan pushes, prods, mentors, teaches, inspires and coaches people of all ages, abilities and backgrounds to reach their marathon swimming goals. The 45-year-old American podcaster, coach and open water swimmer, from Talent, Oregon is offering a new service: the Intrepid Water Accountability Group for US$15.00 per month.
Keegan asks, “Where are you swimming this year? How about some support and accountability along the way? Join me for a monthly meet up with deep dive topics, challenges, and a private chat platform for asking questions, supporting, and encouraging each other. After years of hosting Quickstart for Marathon Swimming, I’ve learned that the virtual, group connection is extremely valuable for marathon swimmers. The camaraderie with like minded limit pushers around the globe is unparalleled. We come from all walks of life and have a variety of different experiences to share with and learn from each other.
