Join the conversation surrounding your ‘brain on water’ and dive deep into the true value of keeping it healthy,” explains Dr. Wallace J. Nichols about the Blue Mind Summit 7. “Practitioners, researchers, wild water advocates and athletes as well as therapists and indigenous peoples will connect the cognitive, emotional, psychological, social and spiritual benefits of water and explore how it intersects each stage of our lives.”

The Blue Mind Summit 7 will be held at the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point with Bruckner Chase serving as the Masters of Ceremony together with Dr. Nichols.

Among the myriad presenters, Andrew Fusek Peters will discuss his new book, Dip: Wild Swims From the Borderlands, in which he describes a year of wild swimming in rivers, lakes, waterfalls, and hidden pools in untamed landscapes.

Dave and Amy Freeman are two of the presenters who will describe their adventure in the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness in support of the Campaign to Save the Boundary Waters’ efforts to protect the Boundary Waters located in northeastern Minnesota.
