
Half Century Club In The Manhattan Island Marathon Swim

A total of 694 swims, including doubles and triples, have been completed since 1915.
51 of these swimmers are members of the Half Century Club – individuals who were 50 years or older when they swam around Manhattan Island. Several of these swimmers have swum multiple times around Manhattan Island after they turned 50 … and most of them have done other notable swim in their second half century of swimming.
