Huntington Beach is a coastal town in Southern California that is nicknamed Surf City USA®.
The city has four different beaches stretching over 13.6 kilometers – Huntington City Beach, Bolsa Chica State Beach, Dog Beach, and Huntington State Beach that are great for barefoot strolls, open water swims, sitting by a late night bonfire, surfing on waves big and small, building sandcastles, and walking with your dog.
Visitors, surfers, and ocean swimmers can now get real-time data on the presence of stingrays (that are tasty treats for the juvenile sharks), wave strength, wave height, water temperature, wind speed, and tidal conditions.
