Breast cancer survivor Sarah Thomas continues to accomplish the unthinkable. She achieved the unfathomable by swimming two ways across the 35 km North Channel between Scotland and Northern Ireland in 21 hour 48 minutes, escorted by Pádraig Mallon of the Infinity Channel Swimming and Piloting Services.
