Dr. Jim Miller took this fantastic photo of 16-year-old American Eva Fabian at the 2010 World Open Water Swimming Championships where she barely touched out Giorgia Consiglio of Italy.The final results of the top four athletes give you some idea of how closely these athletes are in elite open water swimming competitions
