Hydrating With Carbo-Pro For 50 Hours Of Swimming

GR Krishna of Carbo-Pro recommends a detailed hydration schedule for the six athletes of Sueño 88 who will attempt to become the first humans to swim 88 nautical miles (101 statute miles or 163 km) across the Sea of Cortez.
From the Baja California peninsula to the mainland of Mexico, captains Vito Bialla, Alejandro Abarroa, and Antonio Caballero, and swimmers David Ogden, Mauricio Prieto, Luane Rowe, Richard Ernst, Shannon Navarro, and Susan Moody Prieto will swim approximately 50 hours.
For the June 3rd attempt, Krishna recommends, “Athletes start using the Carbo Pro products during their training so that they can get familiar with them. The protocols for Sueño 88 include taking 4 capsules of VO2 Max Endurance at least 30 minutes before every swim leg. Take 2 capsules of the MOTIVATOR every 6 hours and 2 scoops of INTERPHASE as a shake or mixed as you like every 8 hours, and at least 200 calories (2 scoops) of Carbo-Pro mixed in at least 10 ounces of water before each swim leg. And, hydrate, hydrate, hydrate as much as you can handle – keep sipping water, through out the swim.”
