If You Don’t Once Succeed, Try Try Again
After tough Catalina Channel conditions prevented success in 2010 for North Carolina’s Mike Miller, he returned to the Catalina Channel in 2011 for redemption. Observer Lynn Kubasek commented, “We were entertained by many blue whales and spinner dolphins with big container ships loomed in the distance. Fortunately, Captain Greg is an expert in avoiding such nautical perils and Mike did a great job in 12 hours and 44 minutes.”
