Jacqueline Kempfer Steps Up Her Training
Courtesy of Robert Heiduk, KAATSU Germany. German swimmer Jacqueline Kempfer crossed the Fehmarnbelt, a 18 km strait in the western part of the Baltic Sea between the German island of Fehmarn and the Danish island of Lolland last year in 9 hours 9 minutes.
Kempfer and her coach Volker Kleinert wanted to step up her training this winter season. She did so with KAATSU.
