Josh Dannhauser Takes Two In Heia Safari Swim Challenge
Young Josh Dannhauser scored two victories at the Time Freight Heia Safari Swim Challenge that took place on Lake Heritage in Johannesburg on Sunday.The 15-year-old was content to stay with the more seasoned Abdul Malick Railoun during the opening 5 km event, swimming stroke for stroke until the final one kilometer lap. Dannhauser then broke away for a comfortable victory with his last lap 22 seconds faster than any of his previous laps, clocking 1 hour 2 minutes. Railloun finished on 1:03:13 with Oostewald van Niekerk third in 1 hour 7 minutes.
